Automatically send order data to the carrier when printing a transport order

Functions

With the transport order interface, order data is sent directly from Scope to the haulage contractor when the transport order is printed.

It is also possible to send and receive events relating to this transport order.

Requirements

The haulage contractor is configured as the recipient of the data in Scope. In addition to the XML data record, any existing PDF can also be sent.

Technical information

• The interface cannot send updates or cancellations.
• Each printout of the transport order triggers a new transmission.
• A transmission path (email, SFTP) to logistics.cloud must be configured to send the data.
